ARNAUD Česká is a member of AZELIS Group with head offices in Milano. The yearly turnover of the company ARNAUD Česká reached 9.7 million of EUR in 2003. AZELIS Group has branches in Great Britain, France, Italy, Germany, Benelux, Czech Republic, Slovac Republic, Poland, Romania, Hungary and Ukraine. ARNAUD Česká is a member of the Responsible Care program. In 2004 we have started to implement the quality system for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Arnaud Česká has six departments:

• Components for paints substances
• Products for production in grocery, pharmacy and cosmetic dept.
• Basics chemicals
• Rubber
• Thermoplastics
• Composites

The regionals warehouses and offices are in Kralupy nad Vltavou and in Brno. Arnaud Česká has 24 employees: 17 sales managers and support of sales, 5 employees in administrative dept. and 2 employees in the warehouses.

The Responsible Care Programme is implemented and assessed by means of the Steering Committee of the Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic, of which the representative of SCHOD ČR is a member. For the realization of the Responsible Care Programme a joint programme was created on the basis of a Partnership Agreement between SCHOD ČR, SCHP ČR, FECC and CEFIC. The Guide for Responsible Care Assessment – verbatim „Odpovědné podnikání v chemii“ – which includes 36 assessment criteria was published.
