Company profile:
The Lach-Ner, s.r.o. is a company with a sixty-year tradition. It is the successor of SAPONIA Company. In the 1950s' it became a part of the Spolana state enterprise and was incorporated to the Lachema Brno state enterprise in 1966. After the transformation of Lachema into a joint stock company, the Neratovice plant became a sister company of Lachema Brno. In 2002, the Neratovice plant acquired legal subjectivity under its current name of Lach-Ner s.r.o. On 1.1.2004, a change occurred in the company's ownership relations and SMG Invest became its new owner.

The manufacturing programme of Lach-Ner s.r.o. is significantly extensive and it is oriented on productive and commercial activities.
The productive activities include following product groups Professional and consulting services are provided for all our offered products.

Lach-Ner has a long commercial tradition of realising supplies to both domestic and international markets. This involves supplies of chemically proven chemicals in industrial and laboratory packaging. We are offering chemicals in these qualities: technical, pure, pharmaceutical, chemically pure and chemicals for analysis.
The chemical range consists of more than 3000 items, majority of which is mentioned in the company's Czech-English product catalogue.

The Responsible Care Programme is implemented and assessed by means of the Steering Committee of the Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic, of which the representative of SCHOD ČR is a member. For the realization of the Responsible Care Programme a joint programme was created on the basis of a Partnership Agreement between SCHOD ČR, SCHP ČR, FECC and CEFIC. The Guide for Responsible Care Assessment – verbatim „Odpovědné podnikání v chemii“ – which includes 36 assessment criteria was published.
