The Responsible Care Programme is implemented and assessed by means of the Steering Committee of the Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic, of which the representative of SCHOD ČR is a member. For the realization of the Responsible Care Programme a joint programme was created on the basis of a Partnership Agreement among SCHOD ČR, SCHP ČR, FECC and CEFIC. The Guide for Responsible Care Assessment – verbatim „Odpovědné podnikání v chemii“ – includes 101 assessment criteria. RESPONSIBLE CARE PROGRAMM
Of the eleven current member companies that make up the Association of Chemical Traders and Distributors of the Czech Republic, z.s. – SCHOD ČR, z.s. – ten of them have the right to use the Responsible Care logo.
Azelis Czech Republic, s.r.o. and Brenntag CR, s.r.o. acquired this right in 2023.
In 2025, Lach-Ner, s.r.o. acquired the right to use the Responsible Care logo, and in 2006, Alchimica, s.r.o. was certified.
In 2010, HSH Chemie, s.r.o. was newly certified. In 2011, Euro-Šarm was certified, which has been called OQEMA, s.r.o. since January 1, 2018.
In 2013, Biesterfeld Silkom, s.r.o. and Donauchem, s.r.o. were newly certified.
Faravelli, s.r.o. was newly certified in 2015; Ravago Chemicals Czech Republic, s.r.o. was first certified in 2017; at the beginning of 2025, this company changed its name to Vidara Czech Republic, s.r.o.
All of the above-mentioned companies have always defended the right to use the Responsible Care logo in subsequent years.
This year, 2025, the Responsible Care logo will be defended by Brenntag CR, s.r.o. and HSH Chemie, s.r.o.
CHEM Logistic, s.r.o. moved to new premises in November 2024, where it is currently settling in. We believe that it will proceed to obtain the Responsible Care logo in 2026.
